FLY Lagree Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Fly Lagree Fitness website, purchasing services, or attending classes, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings and Payments

All classes, memberships, and packages must be purchased through Fly Lagree Fitness or its authorized booking platform. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

Memberships and Packages

Memberships renew automatically according to the billing terms selected at purchase unless cancelled according to the membership agreement. Class packages and promotional offers may have expiration dates and usage limits.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. Failure to attend a booked class will result in a $25 no-show fee or forfeiture of the class credit.

Studio Policies

Clients agree to follow all Fly Lagree Fitness studio policies, including arrival times, safety instructions, and instructor guidance. New clients should arrive early to be introduced to the equipment and class format.

Health and Participation

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. By attending classes, clients confirm they are physically able to participate and accept responsibility for their own health and safety.

Liability Waiver

All clients must sign a liability waiver before participating in classes or services.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the website or booking platform will be handled according to the Fly Lagree Fitness Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Fly Lagree Fitness reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, schedules, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
