Frequently asked questions.

  • Lagree Fitness is a full-body workout method performed on specialized resistance-based equipment that emphasizes slow, controlled movements to build strength, endurance, and flexibility with minimal impact on the joints.

  • No experience is necessary. All classes are designed to accommodate beginners through advanced participants. Instructors will offer modifications and adjustments for every level.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for movement. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Bring water and a positive attitude — all equipment is provided.

  • Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class to check in, set up, and become familiar with the equipment. First-time participants will receive a short orientation.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class. A $25 late-cancel or no-show fee applies to any missed class or cancellation made within 8 hours of the start time.

  • Participants must be 18 or older to attend independently. Clients aged 14–17 may attend with a parent or legal guardian present and with a signed consent form.

  • Prenatal and postpartum clients are welcome with physician approval. Please inform your instructor prior to class so appropriate modifications can be offered. Participation is always at your own risk, consistent with the terms of the Liability Waiver.

  • Yes. We offer a variety of membership options and class packs to fit different schedules and goals. Current pricing and offers are listed on our booking platform.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. If a class is cancelled by the studio, a credit will be applied to your account for future use.

  • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but pre-booking is strongly recommended as space is limited.

  • The studio occasionally photographs or records sessions for promotional use. Clients who do not wish to appear in marketing materials may opt out by sending written notice to aloha@flylagree.com before attending class.

    Personal photography or video recording during class is not permitted without prior approval.
