What is Lagree?

The Lagree Method is an exercise method specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on the joints, connective tissues, or spine. Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. The method will make you shake, sweat, and sore the next days. Lagree uses tried and proven training techniques and exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, and push-ups. Centered on the ten principles we call “The Magic 10.” Each workout varies in intensity in order to force physical changes, also known as positive adaptation.

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Gailey is a Lagree Master Trainer with over 20 years of fitness and movement experience. She is certified to work with special populations, including individuals managing Parkinson’s, arthritis, obesity, and diabetes – both adults and children. A professional tandem surfer and lifelong athlete, Stephanie’s journey from hardship to athletic mastery and personal empowerment fuels the soul of Fly Lagree Fitness.
