Lagree Coach
Tricia Hier
I was born and raised in Oregon, but in 2013 my husband and I made the move to Kauaʻi, where we’ve built a life surrounded by natural beauty and adventure. Growing up, I played competitive soccer, and in my early 20s I discovered a passion for long-distance running. Since then, I’ve completed four marathons and look forward to adding more races in the future!
Staying active has always been a big part of who I am, and the Lagree method has become one of my favorite ways to strengthen both my body and mind. I discovered Lagree when I was newly pregnant with my third child and immediately fell in love with its adaptability. It supported me through my entire pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping me stay active and strong during such an important season of life.
Beyond fitness, my greatest joy comes from being a mom to three incredible kids. They are my biggest blessings, and I cherish the time we spend together, whether it’s at the beach, playing in the yard, or traveling and making memories as a family.
