By attending class, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the studio’s policies, privacy statement, terms & conditions and liability waiver.

FLY Lagree Studio Policies

At FLY Lagree, we believe in First Love Yourself—showing up for yourself and supporting the energy of our studio ‘ohana. Please review the policies below so we can create the best experience for everyone.

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class so you have time to check in and settle in.
First-time clients must arrive 15 minutes early for a quick introduction to the Lagree method and the Mini Pro.

For safety and minimal disruption, late entry is not permitted. If you arrive after class begins, you will be marked as a no-show and your spot may be given to a standby client.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

Late cancellations or missed classes will result in:
$25 late cancel / no-show fee
Loss of class credit

All changes must be made through the Walla booking platform.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.

• If a spot opens more than 8 hours before class, you will automatically be added.
• If it opens within 8 hours, a text notification will be sent to the waitlist and the first person to claim the spot will be enrolled.

Once added to class, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Grip Socks

Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene.
If you forget yours, we have some available for purchase in the studio.

Studio Etiquette

To keep the space calm and focused for everyone:

• Remove shoes when entering the studio
• Silence phones and smartwatches during class
• Follow instructor guidance for safety and proper form
• Please avoid filming unless approved by the instructor
• Wipe down your Mini Pro and any props after class

Memberships & Packages

All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Monthly memberships:
Automatically renew each month
• Must be canceled before the next billing cycle
• May be frozen for up to 30 days per billing cycle with email request

Health & Safety

Please let your instructor know about any injuries, limitations, or pregnancy before class. Lagree is challenging, and listening to your body is part of the practice.

Personal Belongings

Please store personal items in designated areas. FLY Lagree is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
