The Lagree Method is an exercise method specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on the joints, connective tissues, or spine. Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. The method will make you shake, sweat, and sore the next days. Lagree uses tried and proven training techniques and exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, push up as well as unique exercises such as Super Lunge, Catfish, and Scrambled Eggs. Centered on the ten principles we call “The Magic 10.” Each workout varies in intensity in order to force physical changes, also known as positive adaptation.

Fly Lagree Fitness offers private and mobile classes anywhere on Kaua’i with portable Micro machines –– compact in size but powerful in results. Bring the Lagree Method to your home, lanai, or resort for personalized training, wellness events, or group fitness sessions. Stephanie’s private sessions are tailored to your goals, whether recovering, training for performance, or moving at your own pace –– available in-studio or on location. LAGREE Certification
Ready to be a Lagree Trainer?
Become a globally certified Lagree instructor with the Official Lagree Level 1 Certification — a 24-hour private or small group training over 3–4 days. Gain hands-on experience on the Micro and Mini Pro, master foundational Lagree moves, cueing, and sequencing, and develop your coaching voice and confidence. This worldwide-recognized certification includes lifetime access to Lagree Academy, mentorship from Master Trainer Stephanie Gailey, and eligibility for advanced Level 2 and 3 courses.

Stephanie Gailey is a Lagree Master Trainer with over 20 years of fitness and movement experience. She is certified to work with special populations, including individuals managing Parkinson’s, arthritis, obesity, and diabetes—both adults and children.
A professional tandem surfer and lifelong athlete, Stephanie’s journey from hardship to athletic mastery and personal empowerment fuels the soul of Fly Lagree Fitness.
